Applicants must have

* Prior experience gained in the role of recruitment consultant
* A history of success in obtaining new clients and building lasting business relations
* A good understanding good understanding and active interest in the Education recruitment sector
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
* Must have a positive and out going nature.
* A desire to succeed and progress is essential.
