Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for qualified candidates (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or CIPD) across a number of sectors.
If you are currently working in practice or have a desire to return to practice and you are ready to take a pivotal Managers role in a small firm our client would like to meet with you. Our client is a growing practice with a fresh outlook and a different take on the standard Accountancy firm model.

With this in mind we are looking for a Manager level candidate who will report to the Director and be responsible for a team of 7 Accountants ranging from part qualified to fully qualified. This role will see you looking after all aspects of the day to day running of the team as well as improving and growing the client portfolio.

As this an ambitious firm this is a role that will suit someone with experience at this level who is looking to work in an environment where success will be rewarded and your own personal development will be key to the practices growth.

You will be qualified (ACA or ACCA) and will have a practice background although applications from those looking to return to practice will be considered.
