Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for qualified candidates (CIPD) across a number of sectors.

An opportunity for a forward thinking and inspirational HR Manager has arisen for a reputable business in the North Derbyshire area. The role has many different facets to it and will require the successful person to be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask in an ever changing environment. The business is rapidly expanding and has an enviable growth plan.

Having day to day responsibility for a small team of HR individuals you will manage your workload and will ensure that your team are motivated and all heading in the same direction towards the success of the business.

It will fall under your remit to be heavily involved in the following areas:

Full participation/monitoring of the disciplinary/grievance process
Involvement in the appraisal system with the added responsibility of constantly developing the process used
Participation and review of the internal PRP process
Active involvement in the internal recruitment process

It goes without saying that you will be a dedicated HR individual who has had senior level of responsibility either in your current or recent role. You will be a strong leader who readily adopts a firm but fair approach to your management skills.
You will have developed a broad skill set within your career to date and will easily be able to turn your hand to any given task.

Ideally you will be fully CIPD qualified individual who now seeks an intensely challenging and equally rewarding management position.
